      Pros

      Inclusive and diverse culture - addition of new CEO, Steve Lucas breathed new vigor into the company, along with other key Leadership roles. I am excited to be continuing this journey. New look and feel with the new branding will lead the company into further success confirming coverage across the entire Talent Acquisition contiuum.

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
