      Everyone is friendly, positive and enthusiastic Hiring team seems to prioritize candidate talent/qualifications over just filling a position Work/life balance is valued Pay is competitive

      I'm a new employee so I'm not entirely sure what the cons are but I have heard there are process gaps that may pose challenges to productivity

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
