Pros
I've never had a smoother onboarding process and I could tell employees were excited to work there from each and every call. When I was joining the company, everyone was so responsive and attentive when it came to answering my questions no matter how trite they were. What put it over the top for me was when I had a conversation with the SVP of Enterprise Sales and he told me we use a partner that employs female felons and not only pays them a wage for their work but gives them real-life skills to use when they get out of jail. Knowing that it is almost impossible to find a job as a felon, it brought a tear to my eye knowing that I was going to be working for a company that did that kind of service for those people and society as a whole.
Cons
None to note. You're going to have to work hard and that's the name of the game. Come with your hard hat because the days run 9-6.
