      Flexible time off, if you can take advantage of it Recognized for hard work Great health benefits (I'm sure this is on the chopping block)

      Cons

      Seems to only care about the balance sheet No clear company vision Very few of the things that truly made this company great still exist Pay isn't keeping up with economy and move to remote work for the industry "stuff rolls down hill" culture

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
