Cons
1. Stagnated Growth 2. Poor Learning and Hands on Experience 3. The technology learnt is not helpful in other organizations 4. Biased when compared to every other teams. 5. Micro Management 6. Do not expect any activities that brings team together eg: team lunches, adventure trips, funday fridays, gaming clubs etc; 7. You cannot even expect the office facilities as a technical support engineer. Your seating pods will not have the central AC turned ON. 8. You are not allowed to roam/sit at other areas, except the Technical Support Designated area. 9. Poor shift schedules that will drain you in span of 6 months 10. Worse policies regarding leaves. 11. Will not have a permit for WFH in unexpected scenarios and not considered. 12. The company is listed as category E in the banks and will have very high interest rates when taking any loans on emergency. Overall it does not help you in personal life or the professional life. I strongly recommend not to join the company if you are looking for technical skills and growth.
