Pros
iContact is hands down the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is fantastic and my co-workers are amazing. They offer great perks like flexible time off, training opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Sometimes communication from the leadership team can get lost.
Great team of people working to make email marketing easy for the customer.
Cons
The biggest negative about working at iContact has been the uncertainty that occurs when the company is purchased or merged with another company and that changes that come of it
