      Pros

      You are surrounded by brilliant people who are all dedicated to their craft. TONS of learning and growth opportunities. Leadership is transparent, and excellent. No idea goes unheard.

      Cons

      Some uncertainty with mergers/acquisitions. With competitors being acquired, who knows what will happen.

      Great team of people working to make email marketing easy for the customer.

      Cons

      The biggest negative about working at iContact has been the uncertainty that occurs when the company is purchased or merged with another company and that changes that come of it
