      Pros

      Great people, building relationships is the cultuds Relaxed office environment, this is Radio, you will meet some characters. The work is CHALLENGING. If you cannot swim, you get eaten by the sharks.

      Cons

      Too much work for our reduced teams Constant indecision from leadership. 180 degrees every few years. No job security. Yearly layoffs

      The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

      Cons

      Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.
