Pros

Some cool events, such as garages and concerts

Cons

I have to agree with a lot of the last Nashville review. Definitely felt the "mean girls" environment of iHeart. There are certain people, such as the PDs or higher, that the sales managers put in tons of effort to suck up to, and many of the rest they were always looking for a reason to throw under the bus. Would rather point fingers than find solutions. Little follow through as well makes for a very frustrating work atmosphere. Very little training, and it doesn't seem as though many people know how processes are supposed to be performed. Little opportunity to move up in the company, and people who are put in most of the time and effort to keep the cluster running on a day-to-day basis are paid less than your Uber driver.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

Vast Resources available, biggest player in radio, multiple opportunities for growth, commissions and bonuses among the best out there

Cons

Very minimal base salary for sales positions, surprisingly low for national account executives. Moving goal posts all the time as well on performance and there's usually a sense of angst wondering if middle management positions will get eliminated at any time
