Pros

- people that I worked with are nice and helpful - company benefit pretty good like 401K match, -

Cons

- from FTO to PTO this year. - less pay holidays (it's only 5 days) - cheap software using nitro instead of adobe - plan to use google sheets to replace excel I know google sheet improves a lot but still not comparable to excel. I tried to use one of the excel file working in google sheet. I don't think google sheet can replace excel yet.

Acclamation is difficult, at times, when the software and/or programs we have become accustom to using fluctuates as a result of a growing business. In an effort to streamline our processes and efforts we have moved to align Google sheets in addition to a "cloud based" storage system internally. The idea is consistency versus savings. We appreciate your feedback and will share your preference for the MS Office applications to the team for consideration.

Pros

iHerb pays 100% of medical benefits for you and your immediate family. They are generous with vacation accruals. Salaries are generous.

Cons

The company continues to operate with a small-business, "mom-and-pop" mentality despite its growth. Leadership is highly centralized, with most decisions driven by the CEO. Employees often perceive that those who are not viewed favorably by leadership are eventually managed out of the organization. There is a culture of fear around speaking up, as many employees worry about potential negative consequences to their employment. Favoritism among leaders is frequently observed, and advancement opportunities can be limited for individuals who are not part of the preferred inner circle.
