Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. At all. Don’t do it.

Cons

Everything. Absolutely everything. Don’t do it. At all. This is where careers come to die. Agreements in place say a lot( Mediation agreement...on day 1?) You wouldn’t say “I do” to someone asking you to sign a prenup on the 1st date. That’s someone with a history of divorce. That’s not your forever home or your one true love. Trust me. STAY AWAY my fellow buyers and anyone with a soul. It’s not worth it. ( 2.7 avg review. Buyers & all people (w/ souls & common sense)..avg on Glassdoor is usually 3.3-3.5...and they’re at 2.7. Before my review. Then ask yourself, is she really just a bitter ex wife? Or a guardian angel watching over me? Theoretically yours, the EX wife you don’t have to be.

Pros

iHerb pays 100% of medical benefits for you and your immediate family. They are generous with vacation accruals. Salaries are generous.

Cons

The company continues to operate with a small-business, "mom-and-pop" mentality despite its growth. Leadership is highly centralized, with most decisions driven by the CEO. Employees often perceive that those who are not viewed favorably by leadership are eventually managed out of the organization. There is a culture of fear around speaking up, as many employees worry about potential negative consequences to their employment. Favoritism among leaders is frequently observed, and advancement opportunities can be limited for individuals who are not part of the preferred inner circle.
