My direct team members were pretty great to work with.
Cons
Dealing with senior leadership felt like storm augury. You cast the bones, you read the entrails, and still the COO comes in like a hurricane and destroys your crops. Priorities change like the winds because upper management can't communicate. ICs are constantly yanked off projects and put on other ones, with no chance to clean up tech debt or finalize anything. Also, the company supports some dubious pseudo medicine, and sticks to evidence based medicine only JUST enough to provide plausible deniability.
