Cons
-The pros are used against employees as another reason to not pay bonuses. Loan Consultants aren’t told they must PAY the company the job tools. The dollar amount and reasons aren’t provided there is just a deduction from your pay. They also deduct the money from your bonus and gross sales goal. Expect to work a minimum of 6 days 50 - 55 hours per week. Otherwise you will be shamed, talked to about dedication and being lucky to have a job with up to $150k year potential (manipulated). Only 3 Federal Holidays recognized, so they’re open 362 days per year…. Despite grossing an obscene amount of money each month, bonuses have become increasingly difficult to earn. It’s gotten so bad a new pay tier of 65% was created. You will gross 30k month and not get paid 1 cent. Goals have increased 50% from 4/1 - today with no sign of slowing despite slower quarter. There’s NO commission contracts so the goal post is punted further each month. Hourly wage is $17 so working 108 hours each pay period to get a pay check for $1400 is insane. Twice per day threats to those unvaccinated either by email or in a meeting. MANDATORY MEETINGS 5 days per week, at least 7 hours week wasted internally. Company sales records broken month after month but the sales team is still told they’re letting the company down IN EVERY SINGLE MEETING. Before April 2021 this was a 5 star company. Once a new reporting system went live every single person became another number to manipulate. The office has even the most seasoned employees trying to escape due to the poor treatment of the sales team. Very sad the ugly side of capitalism invaded as they had an amazing culture and employee morale was always 100%. Slowly becoming a cookie cutter corporate company.
