Pros
The first thing I noticed when I joined is that, hands down, the Loan Consultant role is the easiest way for you to make incredible money. I encourage everyone who wants to do sales or loves to sell to apply. Having done sales for 20 years, this is a great job to test if you will work in sales or not. Driving the sales team is the marketing team. They work really hard to drive the top of the funnel for the Loan Consultants and it's fun watching our effort turn into acceleration. I think this is a great job and a high growth organization.
Cons
Not really a con but I think it's important to know that you're working for a highly sales driven organization. You need to at least be motivated to put in the effort to succeed. Growing pains of an organization in high growth mode.
