Pros
People are fun and the benefits are good. There is a lot of time off and you can't beat the summer Fridays. Plus there is the awesome view of the city! It appears the longer you work there, the less work you have to do.
Cons
The pay is terrible and there is little-to-no recognition for hard work. Not much room for growth or advancement within the company since most of the execs are fairly young, and there are people who have been there for several years. Incompetent people often get promoted over qualified employees. It is mostly about who you suck up to because the office has a catty environment. The entry level staff do the majority of the hard work while managers can pass off work to temps. The temps are treated less than human, and the distinction between salary employees and temps is made known.
