Pros
Mostly everyone in my department was really cool and friendly and we all went out for happy hours regularly. The health insurance/benefits are really good. It is a very casual atmosphere and has a laid-back work environment, which is nice.
Cons
The salary there is embarrassing and unfair. People who have worked there less and hardly do any work can be paid more than people who have been there longer and are more experienced. They try to make up for the low pay with parties, lunches, etc but everyone sees through it. Upper management is so disconnected from what is actually going on in the departments that they almost are unnecessary and nobody really goes to them for help. When you have any issues, there is really nowhere to turn, nobody has your back and it almost seems pointless to bring anything up because nothing will ever get done. There is a lot of gossiping too, which makes it seem more like High School instead of a professional work environment.
