      Pros

      Owners who understand the industry, not controlled by venture capitalists' or traded publicly. Great support from team above and below. Excellent camaraderie and communication. It's not too big and not too small, core principles are to do what's right and take care of the client.

      Pros

      Everyone only cares about what's effective and employees have a lot of agency if they have initiative. I love everyone I work with. Management is hands off if the job gets done. No wasted time in meetings.

      Cons

      Small company: leads to roles getting blended and many hats being worn, there's not as much room to climb as you would in a large company.
