I have worked at the company for several years and have noticed a number of ongoing issues. There appears to be a culture of favouritism in some areas, with opportunities and recognition not always distributed evenly. Promises regarding development or progression are sometimes made but not consistently followed through.
Compensation is another concern. Salaries are relatively low compared to market rates, with management often referencing external benchmarking decisions to justify pay structures. However, the outcome still leaves many employees feeling undervalued.
The organisation sets ambitious targets and expectations, and employees are often expected to go above and beyond to meet them. Despite this, annual pay reviews and rewards can feel minimal relative to the level of effort required.
Benefits are limited overall, with noticeably stronger packages offered only at senior leadership levels. Additionally, recognition for internal or operational roles can be lacking compared to customer-facing positions.
Finally, the number of priorities being pursued often outweighs the resources available to deliver them. Over time, this has led to the sense that the company is not the same organisation it once was.
