What has kept me engaged at iRhythm is the combination of a mission that matters and the people behind it. It's hard not to be motivated when you know the work ultimately helps patients receive timely cardiac care. There is a strong culture of collaboration, and people are generally willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems together. From an Enablement perspective, there's also a real opportunity to influence the business. I've been trusted to lead large-scale initiatives, partner directly with senior leaders, and help shape how we train, develop, and support the field.
