Pros

Some management is awesome, coaches are all great, scheduling really accommodates and works with you as best as they can (they get a lot of crap and I never understood why)

Cons

You get screwed at every corner. Yearly evaluations were less than 4% and that’s based on how you do through the year AND time and attendance. Say you forgot to punch out for lunch? Point, forgot to clock out? Point, and these affect your “raise” You have a FIRE under you to make sure you do your minimum patient load a day, but guess what? Someone else is grading you, and half of the time you have to argue to get the right score so if you mess up, you get put on a plan, and then you hd BETTER GET BETTER OR IT GETS ESCALATED. Not only that but GET FASTER! How are employees supposed to function like this? They took away our mental health meetings, meditation, cardio and stretching and gave the BS reason that “it’s 15 (used to be 30) min and you can do it on your break” what a insult. The company used to be THE place to go but people are fleeing left and right. New hires are making more than employees who have been there for 5 years, and when confronted we were told “it’s Cali wages” when I know for a fact it’s not. Also good luck keeping your job. They’ve outsourced cheap labor to India and Manila and read OFF OF THIER SCREENS when they announced this, like robots. The motto this year is “think bigger work faster” like. What? This should be PATIENT FIRST, Employee second. It’s gross what this company has become, and when we have our monthly meetings they spout how profitable we are and how great we’re doing…31c raise? THATS A MARKET FAIR EVALUATION? It took me two interviews to find a job that will pay $2 more just to start. Hell, some people are working two wfh jobs because the pay disparity here is so obvious and they’re not fixing it. I wouldn’t advise working here, it’s gotten so much worse. And that kills me because I LOVED working here the first year. We had parties, team meetings where we felt connected, cardio/yoga every week, all gone.

Pros

Solid culture, strong muffin, genuinely good people trying to do good work. Benefits and pay are competitive and the company recognizes strong performance. We continue to undergo a ton of transition and there is never a shortage of work to do and problems to solve. We are a learning focused org and embrace AI, and there is a lot of focus on how to upskill our teams. For those of us who have to work in corporate America, this is one of the better companies I’ve worked in and I feel good about what we’re doing to iRhythm.

Cons

Change feels constant and our leadership teams have to manage a ton of competing priorities. We are having some growing pains and struggles with process that feel solvable, but also lack a PMO office or team to help in this area. We are a fairly flat org, so growth isn’t as fast or predictable as it might be in more mature/larger orgs.

Pros

-The mission is genuinely meaningful, and employees can see the impact their work has on patients' lives. -Smart, passionate, and collaborative colleagues who care deeply about the company's success. -Plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and make a visible impact. -Employees are often empowered to influence change and improve processes. -Fast-paced environment that offers broad exposure across the business. -Leadership appears committed to continuing to improve the organization and patient outcomes.

Cons

- Frequent organizational, leadership, and process changes can create uncertainty and change fatigue. - Priorities can shift quickly, making it difficult for teams to maintain focus and long-term planning. - Cross-functional communication and alignment are not always consistent, sometimes resulting in duplication of effort or confusion. - Some processes feel outdated or not yet fully scaled to support the organization's growth, which feels out of sync with the broad investment in AI tools for employees. - Legacy employees used to operating a certain way or employees who prefer stability and well-established operating models may find the environment challenging.
