Pros

You can work from home, pay is good, and everyone is very nice

Cons

They're not doing well. They haven't been profitable in 3 years and keep having layoffs. Not a lot of room for advancement either. There isn't any culture because everyone works remotely.

Pros

Industry leading pay and a dynamic environment. Engineering team is top notch delivering an amazing product. The company has a big enough footprint to offer exciting travel opportunities, including travel to Europe and Asia for sales and consulting professionals.

Cons

If you work in Sales or Professional Services there is extensive travel required. Most consultants travel Monday through Friday, sometimes Sunday to Friday. The product lacks direction and has been slow to adapt to some market realities. However this is being mitigated and a bolder product with a much richer feature set is on the way.
