Pros
Small friendly team where you get good support but a lot of autonomy and the chance to be involved in many aspects of the project from spec to production ramp. The design centre in Scotland works closely with the team in the USA.
Cons
Designs are not always on leading edge technology nodes, but are always challenging in other ways. Project timescales can be short, but no worse than at other companies.
