Pros

Company frequently has fun events. Management seems to listen (about any concerns except amount of hours worked.) If there are legitimate concerns about work flow, best practices, etc, they will take the time to listen and try to come up with solutions. You're set yup with wall the technology you could need to do well. The setting is casual but everyone has a good work ethic. Good balance of that in the work place.

Cons

Overworked. Company expects nothing less and most employees are workaholics who value salaries over family. They seem to spend lavishly on events and employee prizes, seeming to forget that this is the mortgage industry and has ups and downs. Makes me think that in a downturn, they'd rather lay people off than cut out the extra stuff.

Pros

Work from home, loans get closed on time

Cons

They are not scared to fire pregnant women or to downgrade their job after maternity leave and pretend like it's the same job- it happened to me and at least one other employee
