Pros
- Company is tackling an interesting challenge in a highly underserved market for SaaS, tons of growth opportunity - Lots of ownership and autonomy to do great work, balanced with support when you need it - Beyond the mission and impact the company is having, people come to work at mabl for the people. It's the people that make mabl really special and I think the team does a good job of balancing culture fit with culture add, and not sticking to one mold for the "right" type of people. - Very transparent culture cross-functionally. Very few silos b/w sales, product, eng, etc - Founders genuinely care about the people that work for them. They are great leads at the company / product / vision level, but they are also really great humans who show a lot of concern and care for people at the company.
Cons
- Like any startup, there are often challenges related to prioritization and resources. Ultimately this forces the team to constantly ask "what's the number one thing we can do to have the biggest impact on X", but it can be a challenge and frustration at times.
