Pros
I’ve been part the company for over a year now and have only great things to say: - Very supportive people who genuinely want to see you succeed… and they go above and beyond to help you with that. - Newly established category that has the potential to disrupt and take over the overall testing market - Caring leadership team that’s open for feedback and willing to take action to improve - Great benefits and flexible work from home policies (including $1000 budget to setup your work station the way you want!) - Good product that does what we say it does - Genuine desire to build a diverse and inclusive community
Cons
There are not that many and certainly none that are highly important to me, but here are a few: - No 401k match program - At times things might feel chaotic which is typical for startups - Too many snack choices in the office, sometimes it’s hard to make a decision (…just kidding!)
