Pros

It's a Job that pays money.

Cons

This company is a cesspool for racists and sexists they have a culture that supports discriminatory acts and fosters low morale. The discrimination is rampant throughout its management team and founders with any attention drawn to it resulting in retaliatory acts. This is not a safe place for people of color as it enforces a work environment of unfair workloads and higher performance expectations for its minority employees. The entire staff has complained about the lack of training and resources available to perform essential job duties. Their DEI(Diversity Equity and Inclusion) is a joke led by individuals who are not diverse and have no idea what changes need to take place. This company doesn't follow government/state regulations(they don't report the wages of their staff and avoid tax regulations or pay required unemployment insurance) and they hide behind predatory NDAs and non-compete agreements with the hopes of silencing those discriminated against. This company is a ticking time bomb. Read the other review about POC. They hid behind fictitious "good" reviews made by current employees pressuring them to submit glowing reviews in an attempt to combat honest reviews. The only recommendation I have for POC that choose to work here is document, document... record, record!!!! This will be the easiest EEOC law suite in history. Know your right's

Pros

1) Great value proposition and huge TAM 2) Product is differentiated, very strong AI workflows, and customer ROI is absolutely top tier 3) Team (all functions) work well togther - we take training and building technical, domain, and product knowledge very seriously 4) Non-political and culture focused company. I think people genuinely like enjoy working with one another, and we know we succeed as a company, not at anyone else's expense.

Cons

1) Pace of learning and change can be pretty fast. Have to be ready to learn all of the time. Not news here, but technologoy innovation is the fastest it's been that I've seen. This is affecting just about all tech companies - we're likely more in tune with it and adjust continuously. 2) We don't have thousands of people, so people have to play a lot of roles. Fun and rewarding, but likely a different operating rhythm vs. being part of a thousand + person company.
