Pros
1 word: the People. I have found the environment to be friendly, hard working and satisfying. I believe that working with such large organizations is a real advantage to building my career. mindWireless is growing, and as it grows there is more opportunity.
Cons
It's hard work. Clents have high expectations. Management at times can be in the details and sometimes they are not. Expect to work hard and to be busy!
