Pros
I've been with the firm over 2 years and have been promoted twice during my time. Contrary to the post of the crazy person, I'm an atheist and have been promoted and there are women and muslims in senior management positions. The workgroup does (of course) include Christians, but we do gave a diverse work group. I've been challenged in my work and really enjoy my co-workers. I've bee stretched to learn new things and have been given significant responsibility. I particularly enjoy the opportunity to train others. In just a couple of years, I've been exposed to more and learned more than I expected in the short time. The office is very nice and we overlook a view of Lake Austin and downtown which is very nice. The benefits offered are good. There are multiple choices for health insurances and I'm on the plan which is completely free to me.
Cons
The office environment is very open and all departments are able to observe the actives and work of each other. This has pros and cons.
