Pay is not substantial for experienced employees 401K contribution is not competitive Quality of work is not a factor in promotions or pay You used to have more control and say over your own workload but now more decisions are made from the top down Management experience and ability is lacking Overselling to customers Outside of headquarters, diversity is scarce Requirement to be in office Culture is made up of forced fun activities that take time away from work and personal life
