Opportunity to grow with internal training and expectation to improve yourself through nGROUP University, outside classes, reading, or other methods. The systems are repeatable and proven successful. Customer focused.

If you are not ambitious and energetic, you won't fit in to the fast paced environment. nGROUP and their customers have high expectations for performance and results.
