Pros
Managers give their engineers and sales teams ample room to take on projects and run with them, startup culture allows remote work for some and with about 100 employees this is great if you don’t live in NYC. Good resources to learn the software. Lot of talented workers willing to hop on Slack or a Zoom call to get you up to speed and help. Just about anything you need to get your job done is taken care of, just ask. Exciting time to join and cool customer projects in Aero,Motorsport, Medical, and Consumer goods. Lots of growth even during COVID. Benefits like Wednesday lunch, healthcare, PTO, etc are great. Upper management are familiar with the industry and where we fit in it.
Cons
You have to take initiative to reach out to anyone and they’ll help you- I see some other reviews kinda expecting everyone to drop everything to help. Fast headcount grow means the company has ambitious plans, make sure you are on a team you won’t get left behind on, ask questions, and don’t be intimidated to learn the software no matter what division you join. It’ll help. You’ll need to work late occasionally to get new updates out and projects done, but it’s manageable.
