Pros

Great technology, solving very real and important business challenges for customers Opportunity really make an impact here and help the company get to the next level of growth Smart, low-ego employees at all levels (this includes execs) willing to roll-up sleeves to help eachother and help customers solve real engineering problems Barely scratching the surface...the sky is the limit if the team can continue to focus and innovate on the things that matter most to our customers

Cons

Small startup means fast paced environment, which is not for everyone High expectations can be stressful for some, but that is to be expected in a high growth company like ours Historically, it seems like we have a plan/strategy but don't give it enough time to come to fruition. Trust intuition and stick to it!

Pros

Nice memories of what was once an amazing place to work. The early days were full of smart, passionate people, genuine collaboration, and a real sense of purpose.

Cons

After 10 years and six rounds of investment, it’s disheartening to see this company still operate under the illusion that it’s a startup. Despite the time, funding, and opportunities, leadership has failed to evolve. Decisions are made reactively, not strategically, and there's a persistent unwillingness to acknowledge the maturity—or responsibilities—that should come with a decade in business. It’s increasingly clear that the company is rushing toward an exit, likely driven by investor pressure to show some kind of return. As a result, there’s constant turbulence: shifting priorities, chaotic restructures, and erratic changes in strategy. Long-term vision has taken a back seat to short-term damage control. The result? Constant layoffs, financial instability, and a deeply demoralized workforce. Many of the most talented and driven people have already left—or worse, were let go—leaving behind a team largely unprepared to move the company forward. The culture of innovation and collaboration that once made this a promising place to work has been replaced by confusion, poor communication, and short-sighted decisions. The people used to be the best part—smart, passionate, and collaborative—but that spirit has all but vanished. What remains is a skeleton crew, limited in both resources and morale, trying to navigate a company that seems unsure of what it even wants to be anymore. Frankly, I hesitate to even say whether anyone should apply here—I’m not convinced the company has the financial runway to hire at all. Unless you're comfortable stepping into an environment with zero stability and unclear direction, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this one. There are far better places to grow, contribute, and be valued.
