Base, bonus, PTO, and most other benefits are all much lower than market (individual contributors can’t earn higher than 5% bonus, entry managers 10%). PTO is 15 days, and you get 5 more every 5 years until you cap at 25.
Career opportunities are bountiful (not necessarily progressive however) for engineers. All other functions are very, very difficult to move up or out at all times.
