Pros

The people are awesome here. There's a lot to learn from everyone and it's the type of environment where there are so many needs if you got hired for something but have an interest in something else you can transition into having other job responsibilities very easily. The environment is pretty laid back, dress code is casual, and HR tries to keep employees happy with food trucks and keeping employees engaged. Even though this might be considered a negative by a lot of people I think of this as a positive, this place has a ton of potential but it's very difficult to understand the business. They have so many different systems and everything is very disorganized, not through the fault of current employees either. Knowledge left the organization and they never really cross trained others because they run on a lean process. So it's very difficult to figure things out but it also makes the job a challenge where every day it's something new.

Cons

There's a disconnect between corporate and the rest of the organization. 1. Positions that affect your bottom line need to be replaced if someone leaves the company. 2. People in technical roles should be cross training other people. 3. Look at the erroneous spending that corporate does before getting rid of positions at the satellite locations, are the systems that are rolled out providing any ROI? A great example of this is they bought Tableau and no one is using it, and they hired a bunch of support staff on top of it, so it's a big expense. This is just one example, but many things like this exist. Satellite offices are under immense pressure to hit sales targets that get raised every quarter, this is how it works. The company hits their earnings target this quarter, it's business as usual and they will raise the target for the next quarter. Company doesn't hit their targets, immediate layoffs as that is going to solve anything? Nothing goes up forever, and maybe the targets set by wallstreet are unrealistic? This destroys morale.

Pros

I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

Pros

Great place to work. Very considerate of actual career and life experience rather than focusing on having a degree. Management really cares about your success personally and professionally. Top-notch focus on career development. Cohesive, cooperative teams. Fair base pay for experience, good health benefits, and decent flexibility.

Cons

Your experience will be deeply influenced by which location you work at and position you work in. The company has a good framework for inclusion but in reality there are unchecked local employees who make it very uncomfortable if you can't pass for right wing. Raises are inconsistent and don't seem to be determined by performance ratings. Despite having a good review every cycle, I haven't seen so much as a cost of living adjustment post - promotion.
