Their pay and benefits aren't bad, but there is room for improvement to stay competitive with other similarly sized companies in that area, especially in their health benefits and their very set-in-stone PTO structures (for US-based employees). There can be vastly different experiences across different teams from my experience. I had experience in a different department within the company and had a much less enjoyable experience (lack of manager support, no team building/good morale, a revolving door of changing systems/tools that stunted progress, and frequent department reorgs). That being said, nVent's people teams are working really hard to improve situations like that so I see promise.
