Pros

- Collaborative Culture - Lots to learn (I've learnt more from my colleagues here than any other workplace) - Not scared to have hard conversations - Growth mindset, everyone here is ambitious and motivated - Opportunity for progression The extra things like Food and Gym allowance are great, but these are secondary to the team and opportunity within Nearmap

Cons

- High growth targets can put a lot of pressure on people, some people within the team are more affected by this than others.

Pros

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Pros

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
