Pros

I really enjoy the team I work with since we have a lot of autonomy and everyday I can learn something new.

Cons

The company invests very little in their employees : 1.) You have to learn a lot on your own if you want to succeed. Tricky to move up as well since there is a lack of opportunities in certain departments. 2.) Very little support for remote workers (almost the entire US team is still remote due to Covid and there hasn't been anything in place to help) 3.) Holidays - don't expect anything. For example, last Christmas we didn't get anything. Even though Nearmap did really well during Covid and is a public company, our salaries still got reduced by 20% for 6 months. 4.) No 401K or any retirement assistance or match in the US just a stock option 5.) Limited resources even though we're a public company

Pros

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Pros

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
