Great technology! Amazing location in Sydney, OK location in SLC .

Cons

Toxic leadership. Very transactional sales culture with limited care of customers. Zero real care of employees despite what leadership says. Most senior leaders enjoy listening to their own voices and appearing to say the right (caring) things in large groups. But the reality it is far from caring. Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
