Pros

The previous CEO was incompetent and made some extremely questionable decisions. The new CEO is fantastic and the company is a great place to work. I honestly can't say enough positive things with how the company has changed since the new CEO has started. I'm extremely optimistic with where the company is going. Management is very easy to work with, approachable and open. They have hired a great team in the US as well. All of them are extremely professional and very strong at what they do.

Cons

It's basically a start up in the US, so the same as any other start up.

Pros

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Pros

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
