Pros

Much has been written about the former CEO and his detrimental impact on this company... He was an abjectly terrible leader, at the helm of a company succeeding in spite of him. While tempting to continue the public shaming of the prior CEO, there's too much to like about our new leadership to waste further attention on the past. Our new/current CEO is exactly what the company needed: a responsive, data-driven, honest, experienced leader. Not sure I understand the "jab" thrown at him over his doctorate by a reviewer claiming to be an SLC-based employee... His PhD in computer science and his track record in building tech companies are unquestionably relevant. What a relief it is to have a steady, experienced hand at the helm! He's had an immediate, positive, and material impact on the culture and business direction here. Very excited for the next 12 months under his leadership, as are all of my coworkers here in SLC. As an aside, it's unfortunate that Glassdoor allows people to manually input their employment location/status. That's been abused.

Cons

The US business still needs more infrastructure (support/product). A note to the unhappy "current" employees: please go find a new job. Life is too short - and jobs too easy to find - to waste time hiding behind keyboards and badmouthing your leadership/company. Write all you want when your status is "former employee."

Pros

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Pros

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
