Remote, flexible work with minimal travel.

Cons

They were purchased by a VC company, Thoma Bravo, about a year ago and culture has gotten toxic. It is 100% about the bottom line now, at the expense of the employees and customers. Lots of turnover now.

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
