Pros

Great benefits (insurance coverage) Great pay Sales team is fantastic, and the support team continues to grow with great people Fantastic senior leadership now in place, where before it was terrible

Cons

Still figuring some operational issues out Slower coming to market with some tech, but at least we are given roadmaps and timelines for these releases. Office space currently is lacking character, but is getting upgraded soon.

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
