Pros

They offer remote work opportunities.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent. The managers are emotionally abusive and the hr department is just full of overpaid cowards that aren’t willing to help when you report how management is treating their employees. The workload is unrealistic and they aren’t willing to provide resources to help mitigate workload. This place is terrible for your mental and physical health. This place is corporate greed at its worst. No room for advancement or career progression. I advise that you stay away if you value your personal life and mental health.

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
