Pros

Nearmap is an up and coming tech company. It's been very successful in Australia and is now expanding into the USA. Benefits and culture are great! The business leadership and vision they provide is excellent.

Cons

Very few cons for me on working at Nearmap. It's been a great change from other tech companies where I've previously worked.

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
