Exec always looks out for the staff. This has been consistent over all the years I've been there. Managers are good, and the place seems to attract similar kinds of people to work there

There are times where things get built and it's not completely apparent if there's a need for them in the market

I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

Cons

I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

Cons

Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
