Pros
Merit increases based on performance, tech positions don't require a degree if you have a few years semiconductor experience, decent benefits (especially paid time off). Management team on site is experienced, professional and fair. Many of the techs have a lot of experience and are very good to work with.
Cons
Medical plan is high deductible, no profit sharing program. Currently working toward getting back to the level of automation that existed before the site was acquired- hopefully that will happen soon.
