      Pros

      ON is reasonably aligned with the Semiconductor industry in terms of benefits, job independence, project funding and advancement. Work/life balance is reasonable and coworkers are welcoming.

      Cons

      The pace is slow. If you're used to start ups, you won't find the work here to be as engaging.

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
