      Pros

      Good management at the Gresham site. They promote a supportive and cooperative working environment and positive culture. I feel valued and appreciated as an employee there.

      Old process equipment with no plans to replace.

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
