      Pros

      At entry level, several roles will be assigned for the engineer to learn more.

      Cons

      There is no official training document and fully defined syllabus to follow. To get job done, the willingness to extend working time is appreciated but supervisors frequently deny registering for OT on system. For confidential reason, using personal computer is not allow even there is no laptop provided for engineer to working in line.

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
