He does not provide clear direction but then gets upset if you do not read his mind. A total rule by fear environment. They constantly are threatening to let you go if you don't fall in line. They fire anyone who disagrees with them or shows any backbone or stands up for themselves. So Senior IT management is full of "Yes men" afraid to stick their necks out. Most regular employees just keep their heads down. AVOID THE IT DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS.
